All of you seated, feel embraced
1/23/2017
Diversity is a great thing, but makes orientation a tad harder. One possible antidote: revivals, furniture in XXXL, and armchairs that hug the seated. On all the things the imm cologne 2017 had to offer.

The dining chair SE 05 was designed in 1960 by Martin Visser and is available with black, off white and natural (caramel-coloured) synthetic cane. The frames are made of matt chrome-plated metal. Click here for measurement.
The SE 05 was ori
ginally woven from pulp cane, but in the middle of the nineties this was replaced by synthetic cane. This was because the pulp cane that could still be obtained in the Netherlands was not of the required quality. Synthetic cane is both flexible and strong
. It retains its colour and is easy to clean. Available in black, off white and natural (caramel-coloured) synthetic cane.
Nowadays (since the end of the nineties) all dining chairs from Martin Visser, designed around 1960, have a different se
at height compared to the original design. In general the average length of people is taller than 45 years ago, which made it ergonomically unjustified to maintain the old seat height. The seat is raised with 3 cm, which makes it 48 cm. high.
