• Stable wooden inner frame with no-sag spring support Exceptions are models EPT, REPT and W-ASO, and also PB and PSZ; in these cases high-quality polyurethane foam is used, for structural reasons.

- soft: Core in a carefully coordinated combination of soft layers comprising viscoelastic foam and polyether foam, worked into a matt filled with highly elastic polyether rods and soft polyester fibers. Integrated webs prevent migration of the filling.
- medium: Core in a carefully coordinated combination of highly elastic layers comprising viscoelastic foam and polyether foam, worked into a matt filled with highly elastic polyether rods and soft polyester fibers. Integrated webs prevent migration of the filling.
- firm: High-grade polyether, built up in coordinated layers of different heights and hardnesses, covered in a high-grade non-woven/foam composite mat.
• Loose back cushion
- soft: Filling of highly elastic polyether rods and soft polyester fibers, filling chambers divided by webs are worked in to prevent migration of the filling.
- medium: Filling of highly elastic polyether rods and soft polyester fibers, filling chambers divided by webs are worked in to prevent migration of the filling.
- firm: High-grade polyether, built up in coordinated layers of different heights and hardnesses, covered in a high-grade non-woven/foam composite mat.
