Woodberry Down is an extremely successful renovation project aimed at tackling poverty and improving the quality of life for disadvantaged people. The area was converted in stages into a sophisticated residential district. The project was awarded prizes during the construction phase. Block F is clad in concrete skin panels in off-white and anthracite.
