Flexibility for Great Ideas

The building complex in Spangdahlem designed by architects Gaus and Aldinger houses two schools for almost 625 students and 90 employees. The elegant building envelope is made of Rieder‘s concrete skin panels in sahara. And the well-designed architecture received the LEED silver standard.
Behind the restrained facade you can discover an innovative school concept: the rooms can be rearranged by students and teachers for different learning situations in just a few easy steps. There is plenty of space for learning communities, a wide-ranging media centre and places where one almost feels at home.
