The award-winning Kaskad furniture group was inspired by the movement of water surging over rapids. The armchair is the latest addition to the group. Crafted from ribbons of curved steel attached to a contouring frame, the chair’s fluid form and flowing lines recalls shapes commonly used in contemporary art more than in industrial design. Lightweight and comfortable, the chair flexes similarly to a sprung frame to provide added comfort. The Kaskad furniture group includes a table and chair.
