Extending the options for the bathroom

In reimagining “Architectura”, its complete bathroom collection, Villeroy & Boch has gently rounded the system’s characteristically hard-edged design and expanded the already comprehensive product palette right down to the last details. As regards the four new toilets, for example, this means customers can now choose a space-saving compact model in the wall-mounted version, a variety of options for the toilet seats, and an optimized flushing performance. By exploiting the physical force of the swirl, the toilets always meet the ultimate hygiene and sustainability standards; what’s more, the innovative TwistFlush[e³] technology also saves water. As part of the makeover, the wall-mounted toilets were given a smoother and more harmonious appearance but without completely abandoning the typical “Architectura” rim. The mounting can also be concealed if so desired: Thanks to ViFix it is possible to mount the seat from above through the toilet seat holes. A matching bidet in the same rounded design is also available.

The family company offers seven sizes for the “Architectura” washbasin – including the perfect complement to the new 48-centimeter-diameter handwash basin. Customers can enjoy the benefits of easy-care, anti-bacterial glazes for all versions with ceramic surfaces. Naturally, the popular program could not be updated without also including suitable new faucets: Aside from the geometric shapes of the “Architectura Square” collection with the array of surfaces from Brushed Gold to Matt Black, models in chrome are now also available. Regardless of which faucet version is chosen, the EasyClean aerator live up to their name. Simultaneously, the AquaSmart technology ensures the sparing use of that valuable resource, water, reducing consumption to five liters per minute.

The storage space is also customized: For the first time, customers can select furniture to match the striking vanity washstands. Thanks to the varied fittings with drawers and doors and a selection of surfaces from classic white through to natural wood tones there is a host of alternatives for all manner of projects. And should a bathtub be called for, Villeroy & Boch also has the ideal answer: New white high-gloss acrylic bathtubs with a contemporary elegance are available in six sizes as semi-freestanding versions for mounting on straight walls like the corners of rooms. Moreover, the new fitted bathtubs come in four sizes, from the space-saving model to a generous version for two persons. Bathers can relax completely thanks to the central drain, an inner depth of 41.5 centimeters and an integrated whirlpool system.
