USM 2021: A world of plants

The fact that USM modular furniture systems are versatile no longer needs to be explained to anyone more than 50 years after their market launch. The design classic from Switzerland has even moved into the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art in New York City. Now USM is presenting an expansion that should please plant lovers: For the USM Haller modular furniture system, the new Plant Worlds offer the option of fitting any surface with insertable shelves with pot recesses. Five sizes and 14 USM colors leave plenty of scope for individual selection. Matching pots in terracotta or basalt, specially designed for the Plant Worlds, as well as an irrigation set can be selected. All that's missing are the plants and the USM Modular Furniture is greened up and can be used as usual for every conceivable task in the room, whether as a partition element, shelf or presentation surface. USM has also thought of the icing on the cake: with the dimmable lighting solution USM Haller E, the green roommates are perfectly set in scene at all times. (am)
