A sleek fish sporting crystals

Italian luxury yacht builder Rossinavi has teamed up with Arrabito Naval Architects and designer Enrico Gobbi from the Italian Team for Design to realize a luxury yacht. The elegant vessel goes by the name “Ketos”, which is Greek for “big fish”. Boasting a length of no less than 48 meters and an aerodynamic design, it has been custom-made down to the last detail. For example, the combination of vertical and horizontal window surfaces ensures an interior blessed with ample daylight. Individually made chandeliers by Swarovski feature in the tailored interior.
 
For example, the steel rings studded with Swarovski crystals provide a decorative light sculpture for the spiral-shaped staircase connecting the lower to the upper deck. Thanks to the crystals the light from the LEDs appears gentle and diffuse. Another Swarovski model graces the dining room area: a large compact oval suspension luminaire with a multitude of crystals set closely together. In the yacht’s interior with its classic looking idiom, the bright chandeliers add a further sophisticated note and complement the high-quality materials such as marble, cherry wood and the large expanses of white and honey-colored onyx.
