STYLEPARK ZOOM IN with Michael Anastassiades
Michael Anastassiades is a civil engineer and industrial designer who founded his studio in London in 1994. Clear structures with an inherent poetry characterise his design, as does the combination of intuition and control, sculptural form and functional technology. His extensive portfolio includes luminaires for Flos, furniture for Cassina, Molteni, Gebrüder Thonet Vienna or B&B Italia, glassware for Lobmeyr or loudspeakers for Bang & Olufsen. For Aboutwater, he designed an elegant fitting made of cylindrically shaped elements that appear separated or connected depending on the perspective. His designs are part of the permanent collections of renowned museums such as the Museum Of Modern Art in New York City, the Victoria & Albert Museum in London or the MAK in Vienna.

The present deliberately spontaneously depicted in a snapshot: what is on your mind at the moment and what are you working on? "STYLEPARK ZOOM IN" does not claim to be a big portrait - it is a sketch, a memoir, a snapshot.
