For Ligne Roset LucidiPevere have designed a casual and comfortable armchair called “Backpack”. Stylepark is raffling off an outdoor version to its readers.

“Backpack” is the name of an unusually light-footed seating furniture collection by the two designers Paolo Lucidi and Luca Pevere for Ligne Roset. The armchair and two-seater series is framed by a slim, carbon-coloured tubular aluminium base. The name comes from a detail on the back of the furniture: Inspired by sportswear, LucidiPevere added a decorative role to the seat upholstery. In addition, the designers reduced their armchair to a few radically geometric contours. Its slight flection and gentle inclination promise casual comfort - for an informal relaxation experience, both indoors and outdoors, depending on the upholstery. (mh)
