A seat in the clouds

With "Nana", Hanne Willmann has designed a chair for Freifrau that combines maximum comfort with elegance: The designer unites the soft cushions, which gently embrace the seated person like little clouds, with a straight-lined steel frame. For her, a design must be clear without being too loud: "The Nana offers comfort. You can see that from 100 metres away. The design is not clumsy, but precisely harmonised. All its defined curves are harmonious." It is precisely this understanding of design and craftsmanship that reflects the natural harmony between Hanne Willmann and the Freifrau brand, as the design required an exact and creative realisation in order to be convincing at first glance.
