The new "Ring Table" by Acapulco Design is light and airy: a filigree metal frame with butterfly-shaped struts supports the round tabletop. The transitions are fluid and find their centre in a ring that elegantly brings them together. The industrial designer Olivia Herms designed the "Ring Table" and thus expands the product portfolio of Acapulco Design with a dining table. This is just as much a chic solitaire as it is a wonderful match for the popular chair collection of the label by Benjamin Caja. Since 2015, Acapulco Design has been reinterpreting the design language of the iconic Acapulco Chair from the 1950s. "The table is a natural evolution of the Acapulco Chair and inspired by its delicate and complex geometries," says the designer. For the tabletop with a diameter of 12 centimetres, both an HPL version in black or white and a version in MDF in citrus yellow as well as a version in chestnut veneer or terrazzo are possible. The "Ring Table" is manufactured in Germany.
