Living with panoramic view: At One Forty West, this will soon be guaranteed, because even the lowest apartment in the building is 110 metres above the ground. cma cyrus moser architects conceived the building in Frankfurt's Senckenberg-Quartier, which is currently nearing its completion and stretches a good 140 meters into the sky in a prime location. "We are designing a skyscraper here with a hybrid use, i.e. premium living with hotel and gastronomy in the top segment," say the architects Andreas Moser and Oliver Cyrus. Floor plans and the basic equipment of the apartments were designed by the Ippolito Fleitz Group. A model apartment on 80 square metres on the 25th floor now received a special dedication: Sebastian Herkner has taken care of the furnishings. He is already well familiar with the One Forty West, as the internationally renowned product designer has been the brand ambassador for the high-rise since the beginning of last year, working together with the building owner Commerz Real.

In the course of the interior decoration of the apartment he chose contrasting materials: soft velvet meets tinted glass, marble stands side by side to geometric wall decor. Metal surfaces also cancel fine accents. The harmonious living atmosphere is underlined by muted, natural colours and by the clever combination of designs: if the products are mainly designed by Herkner himself, they form a harmonious overall picture in combination with a sensual design language and gentle elegance. The "Bell Table" by Classicon thus meets the floor lamp "Oda" by Pulpo, the "Grace" serving trolley by Schönbuch meets the "118" chair by Thonet, the "Pipe" armchair by Moroso joins the "Sillon" mirror by &tradition. Meanwhile, you can enjoy the magnificent view of the Frankfurt skyline from the spacious balcony in the outdoor chair "Carousel" by Emu. "I want to create an atmosphere of space, architecture and interior design," says Herkner.
