Just in time for Milan Design Week, Paola Lenti is presenting a classic with a fresh new look: covered in weather-resistant fabrics, the iconic "LINEA" chaise longue can now also be used for relaxing outdoors.

Designed over 25 years ago, Paola Lenti has now made the "LINEA" chaise longue suitable for the garden: from spring 2024 on, the iconic lounger can be upholstered with new exclusive outdoor fabrics. All variants are the result of extensive experimentation with processing methods that enable bouclé, mélange, terrycloth or chenille surfaces that can withstand UV radiation and contact with sea and pool water. Paola Lenti makes use of this expertise for "LINEA": soft yet non-slip, the fabrics follow the curved silhouette of the lounger. Awarded the Compasso d'Oro in 2001, Francesco Rota's clear design has retained its validity – and its established features: the backrest can be adjusted in two stages in addition to the reclining position, the upholstery is made of non-deformable polyurethane foam and the steel frame is fitted with plastic glides. Practical components that guarantee lasting comfort.
