At first glance, the seating elements of "Mia" give a classic impression, but a closer look reveals the system's unexpected variability. The modular concept of the sofa allows it to be adapted to individual wishes and circumstances in terms of size and shape. The series is rounded off by free-standing poufs and armchairs as well as optional cushions. Ilja Huber has succeeded in integrating the high-quality materials from the Freifrau manufactory and their sophisticated workmanship into his concept. "The guiding principle for my design approach was to have comfortable armrests and backs, and so I took my inspiration from generously-proportioned cushions," says the designer.
