Flokk 2022: GIROFLEX 150 LIMITED EDITION

With the "Giroflex 150 Limited Edition", Flokk's Giroflex brand returns to its roots and presents a wooden office chair limited to 150 pieces. Developed in collaboration with Swiss design studio BIG-GAME and Japanese woodworking specialist Karimoku New Standard, the furniture is a reinterpretation of a classic design: to do this, the Swiss design team drew inspiration from the brand's heritage, taking as its model the "Holson" chair designed in the 1950s by German designer Arno Votteler. The "Giroflex 150 Limited Edition" is suitable for both the home office and the office. The Japanese oak used for it comes from responsibly managed forests in northern Japan and was processed both mechanically and by hand into the backrest, seat, armrests and base. The "Giroflex 150 Limited Edition" is available in five different colors with a transparent surface that preserves the texture of Japanese oak, creating a link between past and present.
