SALONE DEL MOBILE 2017
Nature and construct
Philipp Mainzer was inspired by the Russian Suprematists when designing his new “Kazimir” table. The table’s seemingly Constructivist frame made of powder-coated steel is also reminiscent of the refectory tables of yore. The frame and top contrast, with the latter made of solid European oak or walnut and available in lengths up to 3.60 meters. While Kazimir will be on show at the e15 trade-fair booth with an integrated cable management system, it stands in the “RAW” version in the brand’s showroom with a top consisting of a planed wane.
