e15 2021: TORE

The monolithic "TORE" side tables by David Thulstrup, shaped like a T, with a four-centimetre-thick tabletop and numerous variations, show how delightfully clear forms can define a room.

With "TORE", David Thulstrup has designed a family of side tables for e15 that are characterised by clear forms and heavy volumes: Inspired by the Art Deco era, he has created multifaceted monoliths that also work wonderfully in combination as a sculptural landscape thanks to their clear geometry. "For 'Tore' I was inspired by the 1920s, by clear shapes and heavy volumes," says David Thulstrup. Made of solid walnut, European oak or the marble varieties Nero Marquina and Grey Bardiglio, "TORE" is available in three sizes. Variations in different colours such as sulphur yellow and black are also possible. "TORE" cuts a fine figure from hotel to bar – thanks to the optional cable management system, the design by David Thulstrup in the wooden version is also suitable as a laptop table. (am)
