Studio Aisslinger has quite consciously given the Headsquarter decidedly “analog” qualities. Thus, tactile properties play an important role in the fit-out. The designers have combined a whole raft of materials and surfaces in an effort to trigger the senses. All the rooms seem spacious and possess the typical joyous and yet not over-the-top colorfulness typical of Studio Aisslinger’s output. The common rooms have an informal, lounge-like feel to them and that collage-like touch which has become the trademark of Werner Aisslinger and his team. The work zones are, by contrast, more down-to-earth and are intended primarily to boost concentration. Here, the generous use of wood creates a warm atmosphere over and above the typical light-grey office furniture. And the zones boast a lot of nature with a whole host of plants. With all these different devices, Studio Aisslinger has created a pioneering working environment in which those people will also feel at home whose hair otherwise stands on end the moment they hear the word ‘everyday office life”.
