Industrial designer Odoardo Fioravanti created the wooden "Frida" chair for Italian furniture-maker Pedrali – and last year it won the "Compasso d'Oro", the design Oscar. Today, "Frida" is to be found in several renowned Design Museums worldwide. Moreover you will find Pedrali's products in a series of outstanding international reference projects.
For example, Pedrali's best is present at the Salewa Headquarters in Bolzano (designed by Cino Zucchi Architetti and Park Associati) just as it is in the Bocconi University in Mailand (designed by Grafton Architects) and in the Kanazawa Umimirai Library in Kanazawa City (Japan) the brainchild of Coelacanth K&H Architects.
Based not far outside Bergamo, the company with a turnover of 62 Million Euro in 2011 manufactures exclusively inside its own production facilities in Italy and thanks to its many years' experience in design, technology and sustainability holds an important position in the international design world.
You'll find Pedrali at the Salone del Mobile in Milan (from April 17-22) in Hall 6 at booth D33, E26.
