Bonaldo 2024: BOOLEAN

Giuseppe Viganò has designed the ‘Boolean’ sofa for Bonaldo, which combines two contrasts in form and material to create a harmonious piece.

The frame of ‘Boolean’ by Giuseppe Viganò for Bonaldo is made of wood, either dark coal oak or the lighter version in Canaletto walnut, depending the customer's preference. Both natural colours ideally emphasise the graphic character of the base, on which the comfortable upholstery is placed. Bonaldo offers a wide range of customisation options: It is possible to choose from numerous variants for the covering, just as ‘Boolean’ can be created as a soloist or ensemble. Thanks to the rounded shapes of the cushions and the bridge-shaped frame with flared leg elements, the furniture appears pleasantly light in the room: as an island of calm and a social centre, it offers a well-balanced statement with exciting details that can be ideally integrated into any setting. The design also demonstrates the craftsmanship of the Italian family company, which has been producing elegant furniture since 1936. (am)
