STYLEPARK ARCHITECT@WORK
Heading to Munich

The fifth edition of Architect@Work Munich will take place at the beginning of June 2024 and will once again offer a highly interesting supporting programme on the topic of "Lightweight.Construction".
5/16/2024

Unlike traditional trade fairs in the construction and architecture sector, Architect@Work was developed by four interior designers. The unique exhibition layout offers the selected companies similar units, and in order to optimise contact with the expert audience, the concept of C4 – Creative Fo(u)r envisages exploring the area along a defined route. The trade fair has now successfully established itself as a specialist event for architects, interior designers and planners in twelve European countries at a total of 30 locations.

The core theme of the Munich edition this early summer will again be the presentation of product innovations. As a platform for in-depth professional exchange, Architect@Work will offer new input with a comprehensive series of lectures: Hannes Bäuerle from raumprobe and Material Bank Stuttgart will speak on the first day of the trade fair on the theme of "Leicht.Bau". This will be followed by Ferdinand Ludwig from OLA Office for Living Architecture, also from Stuttgart. Jeannette Kuo from Karamuk Kuo, who has travelled from Zurich, will provide insights into her way of working and thinking. On the second day, Katja Knaus from Yonder, Stuttgart, will open the plenary session. Two Munich architects will complete the round of speakers: Sebastian Bildau from OSA Ochs Schmidhuber Architekten, and – last but not least – Florian Nagler from Florian Nagler Architekten.

In addition to the numerous stands with presentations of selected product innovations, World-Architects will provide inspiration with a newly curated project exhibition. A total of forty forward-looking works from the international network will be presented there, highlighting the topics of lightweight construction and light and simple building. Interviews on circular construction will provide an even more differentiated insight.

After a summer break, Architect@Work will continue in German-speaking countries: in Vienna (09 + 10 October 2024), Berlin (06 + 07 November 2024), Lausanne (20 & 21 November 2024) and Frankfurt (04 + 05 December 2024).
