Zeitraum 2024: AEON
"My design is the result of many years of collaboration with Zeitraum: 'Aeon' combines contemporary aesthetics with the highest standards of craftsmanship," says the designer Mathias Hahn. Both, designer and manufacturer, focussed on human ergonomics. For ideal seating comfort, the series combines the flexibility of a moulded wood shell with the stability of a solid wood frame. The optional armrests made of curved moulded wood are integrated into the silhouette, also when it comes to the "Aeon Bar" bar stool.
The different chair variants are available in all Zeitraum colour stains. Its refined silhouette dominates with a purist wooden shell, while the upholstered version – covered in "Steelcut Trio 3" from Kvadrat, for example – is a harmonious option. The design language with an emphasis on the surfaces allows the components of the series to become a visual unit and demonstrates Zeitraum's expertise in the processing of wood. (eb)
