serien.lighting: REFLEX² Wall by Jean-Marc da Costa

The minimalist design language and extremely flat build of the REFLEX² Wall wall light by designer and co-founder of serien.lighting, Jean-Marc da Costa, make it the perfect solution for absolutely glare-free lighting in offices, private spaces, or public areas. As an uplight, the lamp uses the principle of indirect lighting, emitting intense, soft light onto the ceiling and walls to bathe the room in a gentle glow. With the REFLEX² Wall, serien.lighting expands its established versions for ceiling, floor, and table, completing the REFLEX² family, which has already won multiple design awards. This now allows for differentiated, overall lighting solutions with a consistent design language.

The new REFLEX² Wall is even more reduced in form than its counterparts—its characteristic frame motif has been transformed into the minimalist light body itself. If one can even call it a body given its minimal dimensions: like the M-versions of the Floor and Ceiling models, it is only 300 millimeters wide, with a depth of just 120 millimeters. Thus, it barely protrudes into the room and is only noticeable when in operation. With its slightly rounded corners, the light, milled from a solid aluminum block, feels friendly and approachable. At just 18 millimeters in height, it is one of the slimmest wall lights around—yet it still produces a light output of up to 1200 lumens.
