DIBBERN: Lumen by Tobias Grau

Fine Bone China from DIBBERN is a wonderful material. Light, translucent, wafer-thin and yet stable. The LUMEN table lamp family, designed by Tobias Grau, now also sets the entire scene in the right light.

Material and design
A simple porcelain cylinder and a concentrated, minimalist design make the wafer-thin Fine Bone China from DIBBERN shine. Two different porcelain bodies designed as lamps and four different glasses, each in two glass colors, make up the collection and can be combined with each other. The glass provides warm, soft light and at the same time reflects the lightness of the material. The clear design makes LUMEN an object with its very own character.

"Lumen consists of a cylinder made of Fine Bone China, which is also the light body, and an element made of colored glass, which can be placed inside or over it. The cylinder is available in two heights, the glass in four shapes and two colors, anthracite and amber. All the shapes are familiar. There is nothing new about them. But the combination creates the expression, and that's enough."
