Spannschirm Typ S16

The MDT aluminum umbrella S16 convince with his optical and technical simplicity. The smooth-running sliding clamping system makes opening and closing possible in seconds. The adjustment of the umbrella by means of an aluminum grip over head height, for a obstacle and child-free operation.

Frame

Struts consist of aluminum rectangular profiles 30 x 20 x2 mm. The mast consists of an aluminum round tube profile ø 60 x 3 mm with a 3-fold aluminum ring, aluminum telescope with the dimensions 30 x 30 x 3 mm. The hub is made of high-strength aluminum and contains connections for the struts. All parts are bolted together. The frame, the end caps, the wreath, the cover and the handle (anthracite) is powder-coated (polyester powder about 80 μ).

Mechanic

The tension mechanism of the umbrella is operated by means of an aluminum handle. This controls the internal telescope system with a zinc-coated pull strap. This optimal balanced tensioning mechanism ensures easy closure of the umbrella.

Cover

Cutting consists of individual segments; The fabric is attached to the ends of the struts with stainless screws on the aluminum end cap. Interchangeable, colourfast, resistant to light, water and weather, tear and abrasion resistant, resistant to environmental influences.
