Equipped with the latest weaving machines and able to draw on the know-how of some 110 employees, W & E is well placed to meet the challenges of the 21st century and to continue to build on its twin corner stones of tradition and progress. These represent the committed objectives of the Company, now in the third generation of the founding family, represented by Susanne Weisse and Bernhard Weisse junior.

Production facilities and individual workstations are consistently improved by the implementation of appropriate measures affecting safety, health and the environment. Processes and procedures are optimised on an ongoing basis. Continuous checks are made to ensure that the highest quality standards are met at every stage, from buying, production and inspection to the time when the goods leave the factory and subsequently in the form of after-sales service.
