Ormslev is a tiny village situated a few kilometres west of Aarhus. If you want to visit "Brd. Petersens Polstermöbelfabrik", you should add some extra time to your schedule to look for the inconspicious workshop in which the two brothers Erling and Egon Petersen, their Swedish managing director Jimi Lundström and six employees create the most refined architectural furniture made in Denmark. In the workshop, in which the work is done just as meticulous as in an Haute Couture workshop, the identicial twins create a collection of re-issued rare mid-century classics by Vilhelm Lauritzen, Nanna Ditzel and Ib Kofod-Larsen. What a discovery!
