Carving Grunge

Carving is an extraordinary symbiosis between the natural structure of wood and a variety on graphic design. The innovative Carving technology enables us to engrave classic, retro-modern and contemporary designs into naturally oiled wood surfaces.

What used to be the rough sound of the Seattle music scene, today forms the unconventional design that is Carving Grunge I. Individuality and independence are the values that this design embodies. The striking surface structure draws attention to itself a

nd thanks mainly to the individual design possibilities, makes it ideally suited for implementation in corporate architecture.

Oak plank (½ Oak Country Volcano, ½ Oak Country) in 3-layer construction, bevelled on the long side and with approx. 4 mm

top layer, with approx. 4 mm backing in the same wood and middle layer conifer. Tongue and groove on all sides for easy installation. Cracks, branch knots and splay knots are highlighted with black filler. Colour variations and some sapwood are possible.

Small open cracks and unsealed spots in the millimetre range are allowed.

The graphic design is laid out across approx. 15 m². In order to get the most natural image, it should be taken into consideration that any repeat planks should not be laid

out close to each other.
