Letter from the future

The optical highlight and main characteristic of Boutique is without doubt the reduced, light design, because the furniture is surprisingly graceful. This impression is emphasised by slim edges tapering down to four millimetres, which orient themselves on the filigree edges of the wash basins made of innovative Saphirkeramik material. In this way a uniform shape language can be realised in the bathroom, from the SaphirKeramik wash basin, for example from the Val, Ino, or Living Square collections, through to the Boutique furniture. But wash basins and wash basin bowls made of conventional ceramic material can also be elegantly installed with Boutique.
The Boutique vanity units demonstrate the expertise that the Swiss bathroom specialist has collected in terms of bathroom furniture: The vanity units are available in four versions; 900mm and 1200mm wide, and 380mm and 500mm deep. All versions feature a drawer, providing plenty of storage space for daily requirements in the bathroom. One very high-quality detail is the absence of all types of handles, which means that the drawer front is perfectly flat and easy to clean. The drawer is operated by a convenient push and pull system, enabling the drawer to be opened and closed gently and silently with a soft touch. For the runners Laufen uses fittings from a major manufacturer, ensuring smooth movement of the drawer at all times.
But the interior of the vanity unit has more intelligent details to offer. Thus thanks to innovative siphons there is no more need for space-consuming cut-outs in the drawers to make space for old-style siphons. This creates more storage space, and small items remain where they belong. An optional practical insert for bath and cosmetic articles makes every drawer neat and tidy.
