Flying parquet floorboards, a Colombian high-speed knitter and wooden buffaloes peacefully grazing: At the 15th Designers’ Saturday in Langenthal, Switzerland, the designers and manufacturers once again opted for unusual means to stage their products.

This year’s Designers’ Saturday held in the Swiss town of Langenthal certainly confirmed the trade fair’s standing as one of the finest and most creative design events in the world.

Walls made of gold foil, dancing teabags and any number of light corridors - the 13th Designers' Saturday took place in Langenthal, Switzerland. An excursion on the "Black Line" through this charming Disneyland of design.

Be it outside in the balmy summer air under the large "table" outside the Schirn, or inside enjoying a coffee at one of the small tables with the latest chair designs by Nitzan Cohen and Stefan Diez, or even at the terrazzo bar, or having a meal in a large group, like knights - at the large round table beneath the massive canopy. "Table" offers it all.
