FSB is extending the design scope for its aluminium door and window hardware as well as home accessories and handle systems: for both the FSB 1267 product family and selected models of the ErgoSystem A100, the perfectly coordinated architectural colours of Le Corbusier's internationally renowned colour palette can be selected.
"Architecture en miniature" is embodied in FSB's hardware solutions, which have been created in collaboration with renowned designers since the 1950s. The perfect surface finish and manufacturing quality of the East-Westphalian hardware manufacturer is already evident in the feel of the products, which are now refined with the colours of Le Corbusier's Polychromie Architecturale. With a colour palette of 63 coordinated shades, the family-owned company thus offers a tool for architectural colour design, thanks to which harmonious room designs are just as possible as exciting contrasts, right down to the details. The colour diversity of Les Couleurs® Le Corbusier can also be used, for example, to clearly identify shower, WC and washbasin areas on the basis of the ErgoSystem A100, thus contributing to the accessibility of bathrooms. The extensive selection of colours is inspired by the diverse colouring of nature.
"Le Corbusier's colour palette, which has remained consistent for decades, lends an individual aesthetic to every project, from door or window handles to the entire room," emphasises Tobias Gockeln, Managing Director of FSB. "All the colour shades of Polychromie Architecturale can be combined with each other. The well-thought-out system gives architects a great deal of creative scope and at the same time security in their choice – and thus makes everyday planning easier," adds Jürgen Hess, also Managing Director of FSB.
