Sven Ivar Dysthe

Sven Ivar Dysthe is one of the most well-known designers in Norway. He returned to Norway in 1953 after his studies in London at the Royal College of Art where he received his Master of Industrial Design. Dysthe started his own company in 1958. Sven Ivar Dysthe has designed several decades for Foraform. He has developed many models, one of the largest sales successes was the Lamiseries with the Laminett chair. Dysthe has received several national and international awards for his future-oriented and timeless design. A good example is the “Planet”.
