The latest in decorative lighting from the B.lux brand is the work of David Abad. It’s Light Hole, a collection of large-format ceiling and suspension lamps with a diffuse, adjustable LED light that recreates a lighting effect similar to natural light wherever it’s installed.
Light Hole is characterised by its two concentric and opposing metal hoops, with a low profile and just 6 centimetres thick. It is easy to install and maintain thanks to the hoop attachment system on the diffuser, which allows it to be easily taken down from the ceiling. Despite its technical nature, the shapes of the ring, the finishes and the sizes give it a strong decorative nature, making it suitable for use in both public and home settings.
In addition to the large 120- and 90-centimetre diameter formats, Light Hole is also made in 60- and 40-centimetre sizes. They are all available with different finishes like bronze, brass, copper and matte white, and feature an opal acrylic diffuser.
