Alkazar is a hand tufted rug. The geometric pattern that decorates the rug is created with bouclé stitches executed with flat wool braids which are tufted at the same level as the background. The braids and the background field are dyed in the same colour; the application of two different materials produces the tone-on-tone effect which identify this rug. Only one colour can be chosen. Composition: background 100% royal silk or 100% semi-combed pure virgin wool, wool braids Daily cleaning: vacuum cleaner with roller brushes. Deeper cleaning: injection/extraction with professional equipment, steam cleaning, powder detergents. Do not wash with water. No professional dry cleaning. Stains: pat the area with a clean cloth; use specific detergents following the manufacturer’s instructions.
