COMPANY POLICY STATEMENT
Nube offers a 10 year guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship subject to normal usage and excluding any defects in the covering material (which are normally guaranteed by the manufacturer/supplier thereof). All raw materials are checked for quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. Goods are wrapped in heavy-duty polythene and cardboard cartons for full safety protection. Transportation and installation is carried out either by company staff in our own vehicles or by carefully vetted outside carriers. Extreme care is taken so that the product arrives in perfect condition. When on-site deliveries are requested, the product is unwrapped, placed in position and all packaging removed. Delivery deadlines are adhered to as closely as possible. Any variances to stated conditions would be mutually agreed to by client and Nube.
