Tim Power was born in Santa Barbara in 1962. In 1985 he graduated in Architecture from California Polytechnic University and subsequently received a second degree in Architecture from the Milan Polytechnic.

s an Architectural, Interior Design, and Industrial design firm. Prior to opening Studio Power, Tim Power collaborated in the offices of Superstudio and Sottsass Associati in Italy as well as a variety of firms in California.

cultural activities include the Biennale of Art in Venice (German Pavilion 2000), the 1999 Biennale of Design (St. Etienne) and advisor for the Biennale of Architecture (2000, ‘Radical' Section).
