As the son of Jørgen Kastholm, Thomas Bo Kastholm was born into a family that lived for furniture design.

Thomas Bo Kastholm followed in his father's footstep, studying design at the Danish Design School and has worked for studios on both Denmark a

nd Germany.

Cooperation between Carl Hansen & Søn and Thomas Bo Kastholm began in 2009 with the introduction of TK8, Daybed.
